What exactly is exfoliation? It’s any process in which you remove dead skin cells from your body. This simple process can be done in many ways from the comfort of your own home! Afterwards, you are left with more radiant and softer skin than you have felt in a long time! When you exfoliate, you should be exfoliating your entire body and depending on the area you are focusing on you may use a different process since some areas are more sensitive. If you commit to exfoliating regularly (3 times per week) your skin will look and feel younger! Here are three types of exfoliating:
You should always start with a warm shower or bath before you exfoliate to help loosen up any dead skin cells. Then exfoliate while in the shower or bath. Once you finish exfoliating, rinse off and towel dry. Apply a thick body cream or lotion all over. Your pores are open after your warm shower or bath which allows your skin to soak up the cream and will help your skin feel amazing. Pro Tip: Before you apply cream or lotion, sit down and grab a callus remover for your feet. Take this chance to file off the dead skin cells from your heels and feet. Your feet will be soft and the dead skin cells will come off easily! Most importantly, enjoy your at-home spa experience! Light some candles, put on your favorite music and enjoy this time to yourself. - Crystal Haire Owner, Taboo Salon and Spa

We’re sure you’ve seen or heard of trendy creams and lotions on the market that are infused with cannabidiol (CBD) oil. Quick note, CBD is similar to THC, except it does not affect your mental state. It’s made from infusing cannabis flowers with an oil which extracts the active compounds, CBD in this case. These all-natural products provide pain relief to people suffering from various health conditions such as:
Issy B’s Relaxation Products now offers CBD Oil Body scrub that is a blend of our sugar scrub mixed with CBD oil that acts as this natural type of pain relief. We have used this product as a foot scrub after spending hours on our feet at the salon and were amazed how much better we felt after, not to mention nice and smooth! CBD Oil Body Scrub can be more beneficial then if you are taking something orally for your pain relief. With the scrub you treat a specific area where you are experiencing pain rather than your entire body. You may experience more relief from targeting a specific spot for maximum effect! Now’s your chance to try it for yourself! Try our scrub, and use it where you feel pain. After you scrub a bit and rinse, sit back, relax and let the CBD work its magic! Now get out there and be pain-free, naturally! |
